South Dayton School of Dance students are given performance opportunities throughout the school year. In June, there is an on-stage recital performance. For students age 6 and up, there is further opportunity to perform in the holiday classic, The Nutcracker. This production is performed at the Dayton Convention Center with our resident pre-professional company, South Dayton Dance Theatre. In these presentations the students can hone their performance skills and show off all the technique they have learned throughout the year with choreography created especially for them by our superb faculty.
